MAH Construction is a small, family-run business with big heart and even bigger ambitions. Three generations of builders shaped who we are – our father and grandfather taught us the trade, and Jagdeep, our Managing Director, grew up on construction sites long before he ever led one. Building genuinely runs through our veins.
After studying Aerospace Engineering, Jagdeep returned to construction and began taking on major commercial projects through determination, problem-solving and a relentless focus on delivery. That same passion and grit now lives in the team that represents MAH today.
We may be a small team, but we work with the resilience and discipline of a much larger company. Every project we take on is approached with clarity, responsibility and our Grandfather’s belief that when there’s a job to do, you get it done.

Our Managing Director has over 10 years of experience delivering complex commercial and residential projects. Jagdeep leads MAH with a focus on precision and problem-solving.
A Chartered Management Consultant, Navdeep brings over 10 years of experience in enterprise project management and consulting. He has delivered projects ranging from £5m to £30m for global private, public sector, and financial services clients, and has managed largescale programmes for leading FTSE-100 companies

Nick brings over 25 years of entrepreneurial experience running multi-million-pound businesses across the UK and Asia. He possesses expertise in funding and managing residential and commercial developments in partnership with Tier-2 contractors
Jaz brings over 26 years of construction expertise from his tenure at Mace Logistics and Mace Group. His experience encompasses logistics, project and contract management, and subcontractor coordination for Tier-1 principal contractor projects.

Deepika keeps MAH projects running smoothly. She manages project and accounts administration, looks after documentation, subcontractor coordination, HR support, IT, and LinkedIn outreach. She also handles tasks such as invoices, expenses, and purchase orders. Her cross-functional approach keeps our systems compliant and our projects moving.
Clayton is a Chartered Senior Project Manager specialising in site operations, with extensive experience leading large-scale refurbishment and construction projects. He brings a proven track record in managing complex programmes, optimising resources, and delivering high-quality outcomes within challenging environments.

Dwayne is an experienced Site Manager skilled in coordinating projects, ensuring safety compliance, and managing teams to deliver quality builds on time and within budget. His proactive leadership and effective communication ensure smooth project execution and high client satisfaction.
Jaydeep joined MAH after graduating with a degree in Criminology from Portsmouth University. Since day one, she’s jumped straight in, bringing exceptional organisation, attention to detail, and a proactive approach. Jaydeep’s commitment and energy make her an invaluable part of the MAH team.
