The Rochester Hotel

We were appointed to deliver a luxury hotel refurbishment of The Rochester Hotel, including a full upgrade of guest bedrooms and a modernisation of the hotel’s bar and restaurant areas. The objective was to improve the overall guest experience and reflect the hotel’s luxury standards. All works were delivered while the hotel remained operational, requiring a phased, carefully managed approach with minimal disruption.
